Parker Water and Sanitation District (PWSD) has contracted with HDR (Engineer) and Filanc (Contractor) to design and construct a 22-MGD pump station that will supply drinking water from the Water, Infrastructure, and Supply Efficiency (WISE) partnership to customers of PWSD and neighboring water districts. PWSD is seeking a third party to perform the tests and special inspections as described in the specifications and other project documents attached to this scope. These inspections include welding, structural steel, concrete, masonry mortar and grout, concrete masonry, soils compaction, and firestopping.
