Description

This project consists of phased removal of the existing structure and construction of a new structure in the current bridge’s location. The new bridge will be 80-feet long by 33-feet wide and comprised of concrete deck and asphalt overlay on prestressed concrete box girders supported by concrete abutments that are founded on driven steel piling. A minimum of one lane of traffic must be maintained at all times.This work is funded by Pitkin County and Federal Funds administered through the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).

DBE Goal for this project is 2.0%.
