Summary of Specifications:
The East of Aspen Boardwalk was built in 2003 and has piers that are rising. Also, trees have come down and damaged some crossbeams. Engineers cannot pinpoint the cause for the lifting and Pitkin County is looking to repair the boardwalk with adjustable piers to allow county staff to continue to lower the piers as needed. There are no engineer drawings for the adjustable piers so proposers will need to provide a solution in this proposal.
