Summary of Specifications:
Service provider will perform experienced roofing work to include repair, maintenance on commercial buildings and other various County assets. The contractor will occasionally be required to work non-traditional hours, i.e. hours other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and weekends. Pitkin County expects quality work, which may exceed minimum industry standards. Needed services during the contract period will be requested through issuance of work orders. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be ordered. No work order exceeding $25,000 will be issued. Pitkin County reserves the right to supply any or all materials.
