Summary of Specifications:
A. The goals of the feasibility studies is to provide individual documents to Pitkin County and the City of Aspen which: a. Identify potential sites on Pitkin County and City of Aspen property to develop photovoltaic arrays i. Calculate potential generation rates for each existing building or site ii. Design Options for each existing building or site iii. Assume place holders for future development b. Develop capital cost for the various options c. Identify financing and funding options d. Develop a comparison to Public/Private partnership options e. Identify criteria and constraints to developing these options f. Identify what it would look like to be net 0 for County and City consumption (as organizations)
