Contractors planning to submit bids are encouraged, but not required, to be represented at a Site Visit on April 1, 2021 at_4:00 p.m. (MT). The site visit will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. (MT) at the front entrance of Bauder Elementary School, 2345 West Prospect Rd., Ft. Collins, CO 80526.

The site visit will follow current local recommendations regarding social distancing and
COVID-19 considerations. In order to attend the site visit, Contractors should RSVP by emailing Jon Babcock (jbabcock@psdschools.org) by 2 p.m. on April 1, 2021 providing the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and the titles of the attendees. To regulate group sizes, Contractor attendees should be limited to only the staff necessary to bid the project. Depending on the number of attendees, the site visit may proceed in one or more groups.
