EO23-1867 - Severance Substation 230kV– Electrical and Structures Project

Platte River Power Authority (“Platte River”) seeks proposals for electrical and structural construction of a new substation located in Severance, Colorado. The project includes foundations, erection and installation of steel, substation bus, breakers, control cabling, cable trench and conduit, site grounding and assists in setting an off-site fabricated control enclosure. Platte River will complete landing and testing of control circuits and equipment.

This bid is in conjunction with EO23-1866 for Civil Construction services for Severance Substation. Parties interested in bidding on sub-contracting additional services should submit proposals to both bids and make reference to the desire to complete the services jointly. Proposals may be awarded separately. Price modifications to the bid should be noted in the event of a joint award under a singular contractor.
