Scope of Work: PCCLD is a non profit organization that sends out large
quantities of mail annually including but not limited to marketing materials,
newsletters, overdue notices, Interlibrary Loan materials, and various other items.
It is our desire to find a mailing solutions company that can provide the following
services and specifications.
a. Provide reliable technical support onsite if needed.
b. Capability to add funds electronically.
c. Ability to run monthly reports.
d. Has a capacity to hold 8-10 lbs. of weight.
e. Currently Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI) compliant.
f. Ability to seal envelopes.
g. Provide unlimited meter resets.
h. Online access to account information, statements and payments.
