RFP KADA 2022000282 - Career Navigation and Coaching RFA

This grant provides a total of $2,194,280 to work-force focused Community Based Organizations to be used for hiring professional career coaches.
Applicants are eligible to apply for grants of up to $199,640 to support individuals until December 2024. If less than12 qualified applicants are awarded funds, additional funding may be awarded to those awardees. Since applicants may be eligible for larger amounts of funding, they should indicate in the budget on a separate line item how they would use additional funds if available, and how many part time/full time positions they plan on supporting with the
funds. To maximize this grant opportunity, awarded grantees are encouraged to leverage additional funding support from public and private funding sources in their community but are not required to do so.
