CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Innovest Portfolio Solutions is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for recordkeeping and plan administrative services on behalf of the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority Retirement for the following plans (“Plans”):
- Loveland Fire Rescue Authority Sworn 401(a) Money Purchase Pension Plan
- Loveland Fire Rescue Authority on-Sworn 401(a) Money Purchase Pension Plan
- Loveland Fire Rescue Authority 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan
Located in Loveland, CO, the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority is a combination department which utilizes both career and volunteer firefighters. Their staff consists of approximately 117 career members (including both uniformed and civilian employees) and a volunteer battalion that serves the Big Thompson Canyon and the town of Drake. These department members operate under the leadership of a career Fire Chief. The department also receives valuable citizen input from the Fire & Rescue Advisory Commission.
The Loveland Fire Rescue Authority provides fire and rescue services in an area totaling approximately 187 square miles. Their agency serves residents living within the City of Loveland, and residents living within the Loveland Rural Fire Protection District, for a combined population of approximately 109,000.

The 401(a) Money Purchase Plan is an individual, self-directed retirement account and contributions to the plan are made on a pre-tax basis. Full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees are required to participate from their date of hire. Normal retirement age for Sworn employees is age 50, and for Non-Sworn is age 55.
