The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Property Management Division of the Office of the State Court Administrator, referred to herein as “the Judicial Department,” issues this Informal Service Request (ISR) for the purpose of selecting a vendor to provide and install a more secure and reliable operating system for the existing loading dock security gate for the Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center (RCJC) located at 1300 Broadway 80203 located on Lincoln Street between 13th and 14th Avenues. A more detailed background and a scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in Section 6 of ISR Document.
