Specifications include, but are not limited to: architectural and engineering design firms for on-call general services. Services to be provided include preliminary site assessment and requirements; architectural design; civil engineering; structural engineering; mechanical and electrical engineering; cost estimating; facility equipment design, and specifications. Selection will be based on an evaluation of factors including recent experience in public works facility projects, local knowledge of the region, ability to present to a public forum, reputation, background, capacity to meet schedules and budgets, quality of previous public building projects undertaken, familiarity with the Eagle County, and degree of interest shown. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) will be non-exclusive.
