a. Project Approach - Demonstrate an understanding of how you foresee this project proceeding including a narrative outlining the approach to the project. b. Conceptual Designs - Include conceptual drawings of the project design. Graphics and/or photographs are helpful. Proposers may provide more than one concept and are encouraged to be creative with design and layout. Address options for equipment, perimeter border, and surfacing. c. Construction management plan- please provide a Construction Management Plan that addresses a Construction Site layout and other logistics, define any work zones and site layouts needed. Other Park uses and amenities must be considered. d. Timeline - Describe the schedule required for completion of the work from start to finish. Only the playground area and the immediately adjacent grounds may be impacted by this project. Assume a contract award date of March 2025 and outline the schedule you would follow to complete this project before October 31, 2025. e. Fees - Provide costs with breakdown. Include installation of any new subsurface drainage system, installation of surface materials and/or borders, installation of new equipment, and any related grading or other activity necessary for completion of the project. Include cost for removal of existing features, surfacing and perimeter materials if applicable. List various work items separately along with associated costs. Include this information for each option submitted.
