ITB-TW-2019-086 - Cisco Flex Enterprise Agreement Subscription

The purpose of this Invitation To Bid is to establish a 5-year subscription contract based on the Cisco Collaboration FLEX Enterprise Agreement Subscription Model to replace our current perpetual licensing.  Our estimated Knowledge Worker count is 3200.  We are only requiring the Enterprise On-Prem Calling service, and would trade-in a like number of licenses corresponding to the Knowledge Worker count. 
The successful Bidder(s) will be designated as the sole provider(s) of the specific awarded items to the District during the effective period of the contract, it is hereby agreed and understood that the Bidder may be required to provide additional quantities throughout the term of contract.
