St. Vrain Valley Schools is seeking an experienced web development partner to develop, implement, and support a new fully responsive website and mobile presence. Design will be completed in-house.
The new St. Vrain Valley Schools’ website and mobile presence should continue to elevate the district and model industry-leading practices through a strong digital presence that reflects our brand, values, and commitment to excellence in serving our students, parents, teachers, staff, and community. These tools should support the district’s systems approach to digital communications.
This project should launch a modern web system that leads with visual storytelling to enhance brand engagement and differentiation. Of utmost importance is ensuring that the web system is fully accessible and complies with all Section 508 Standards or the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The new website’s mobile-first design should be the foundation for extending our digital presence to mobile apps, with content that is fully integrated and customizable to the end-user. Built-in system flexibility should allow departments/schools more choices in their online branding while still keeping a systems-focused digital footprint and consistent branding. The system should better integrate communication tools into website to streamline school communication processes and enhance parent engagement.
