Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide plan administration services as an International Prescription Drug Sourcing Partner for enrollees in the District’s self-funded health plan.

The initial contract period will tentatively commence on January 1, 2025. It is the intent of the District to establish an initial 3-year contract with an additional two or three-year renewal option. This includes but is not limited to enrollment administration, claims adjudication, and utilization review services the District medical and pharmacy benefit plans, as applicable.
