Description

We are seeking a general contractor to complete demolition, hardscape, landscape, and irrigation installation on four blocks in downtown Denver's Central Platte Valley Metropolitian District. The tree beds are to be installed in the right-of-way along Chestnut Place, 18th St, and 19th St Please review the construction plans. The work will be phased over two years, with construction beginning summer or early fall 2025.

Permit fees are waived for this project.
