Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals for a Community Survey Consultant, as specified herein to complete a scope of work to include: • Identify a statistically valid random sample for achieving informative results. • Sample size of approximately 300 most-likely-to-vote citizens residing within the Thompson School District boundaries. • Work with District staff to formulate survey questions and design the questionnaire format. • Identify the appropriate survey instrument that will result in a scientifically valid random sample • Conduct survey. • Compile and analyze the data to produce a written report outlining the survey methods, key findings, conclusions, recommendations, and cross tabulations. • Make a presentation of key findings and recommendations to the requisitioning entity
