The 2023 Road & Sidewalk Concrete Project as defined per task order may consist of concrete replacement of defective curb, gutter, drain pans, attached and detached sidewalk and removing/placing new ADA ramps where needed for compliance. Many sidewalk areas contain flagstone that will need removed. Actual work quantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities.

Bidders should follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. LCUASS standards included for rollover curbs but many areas may match existing conditions.
