Description

The 2025 Road & Sidewalk Concrete Project as defined per task order may consist of concrete replacement of defective curb, gutter, drain pans, attached and detached sidewalk and removing/placing new ADA ramps where needed for compliance. Some locations contain flagstone sidewalks, which must be removed carefully and stacked according to Town’s directions. Actual work quantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities.

Landscaping restoration, expansion joints, dowels, and concrete saw cutting should be inclusive of concrete bid price.

Bidders should follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. LCUASS standards included for rollover curbs but many areas may match existing conditions.

Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than September 30th, 2025
