21-3 - Berthoud Chip Seal Project

This project includes estimating, crack sealing, patching, chip sealing, neighborhood notification, and traffic control for three locations.  The town of Berthoud has an estimated at least 52,000 sy of 3/8” chip seal to be applied.   Exact patching, cracks sealing, and chip sealing amounts should be estimated by the bidder.
Proposals and bid prices must include complete maps for location estimated, amounts of materials, costs of labor, supervision, equipment, and traffic control.
