The project consists of the design, planning, and installation of an ADA-accessible restroom at Fickel Park. Proposals must include complete drawings for each design, specifications, and pictures for each component in designs and colors available. The town of Berthoud will contract the installation of water, sewer, and electrical utility services to the site. Bid prices must include the cost of site preparation, concrete work, building installation, delivery, labor, and supervision. Additional options to include on bid include the cost to run as a 4-season restroom, automatic timed door locks, and solar power setup cost.
