IFB-PS-2009-10 - 2010 Concrete Curb, Gutter, & Sidewalk Replacement Program

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal/replacement of existing concrete and the new construction of miscellaneous concrete; including concrete pavement replacement, curb walk, vertical curb and gutter, 4” thick flat work, 6” thick flat work, 10” thick flat work, crosspans (10” thick), driveways, curb ramps (6” thick), inlets, pipe work, grading, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The purpose of this Contract is to replace concrete infrastructure that are listed in Appendix A. This contract may be extended for a period of one year at the discretion of the Town. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit priced for the work shown in Appendix A. The contractor shall commence work no later than ten (10) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed, and be substantially complete within twenty (20) working days.
