The contract period is from May 01, 2018 to October 30, 2018. CR Water is seeking a contractor to provide landscape and maintenance services for multiple consecutive years. Therefore, the contract agreement will include an option to be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms. An increase of up to 5% of the total contract price will be allowed for each year the contract is renewed.
