IFB2020-29 - 2020 Miscellaneous Concrete Replacement Project

General Description – The work to be performed under this Miscellaneous Concrete contract includes: The contractor shall
supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract and the project
specifications. The work to be performed under this contract will include the removal and replacement of existing concrete
pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, mountable curb, gutter and walk, crosspans (10” thick), driveways, curb ramps (6” thick),
inlets top and pan, earthwork, grading, and asphalt pavement. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the
work shown in Bid Schedule “A”, and the contract documents. Appendix “A” (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time
of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2021. Bid Schedule “A” work shall commence no later
than three (3) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed, and shall be construction complete (including
punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within thirty-five (35) working days. All work on bid schedules “A” shall take place
during the timeframe of August 31, 2020 – October 19, 2020, or as approved by the Project Manager.
