Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Castle Rock is requesting proposals from qualified contractors and consultants with an expertise in architectural and aquatic design and aguatic facility construction. The CM/GC team shall be responsible for the aquatic and architectural design, design development, engineering, construction documents, construction and construction management necessary to renovate the bathhouse, and renovate and add aquatic amenities to Burgess Pool located at the intersection of South and Gilber Streets in Castle Rock, CO.
