IFB-NP-2016-11 - Construction of Festival Park

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: The purpose of this work is to encompass community architecture, comfortable gathering places, native plantings, playing in Seller’s Gulch and a wide variety of program elements. The construction services for this work shall include but not be limited to: · Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements. · Coordinate all deliveries to minimize disturbance to surrounding businesses and create an on-going relationship with these individuals. · Create a secure and safe environment for both the public as well as the individuals working on-site. · Attend and participate in meetings with the General Contractor that will be building the Town Hall Expansion Project as this will work will be on-going concurrently. · Attend weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) Meetings. · Coordinate all work as to create a flow and most efficient way for productivity. · Heavy focus on managing the GESC plan as work occurs in and around Seller’s gulch. · Work closely with Town departments/utility companies and agencies. · Extreme caution shall be taken not to damage items that are called to be protected and left in place. · Just in time delivery will be of utmost importance as lay down area is scarce.
