Description

The Supplier shall provide fabrication services for the PS Miller Park Culvert Safety Grates per the Design Plan Set included in Attachment 2, and deliver the completed Safety Grates to the job site identified in Attachment 3 for installation by Town of Castle Rock personnel.

The Supplier is responsible for providing all material, equipment and personnel necessary for final delivery of the completed safety grates to the job site. The Town will be responsible for traffic control and offloading of the grates within the park. Delivery of the grates shall be by scheduled arrangement only with a minimum 48 hour notice, and will be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. The Supplier shall submit complete shop drawings for review and acceptance prior to fabrication

The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado is requesting Quotes for the PS Miller Park Culvert Safety Grates Project, until 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 12th, 2017. Written quotes may be emailed to Erik Dam at edam@crgov.com. Quotes must be received prior to the above stated time and date. Any Quotes received after this time and date will be rejected.
