Description

Castle Rock Water (CR Water) requests bids from qualified landscape contractors (Contractors) to perform facility and pond maintenance services for CR Water’s 2017 Facilities and Pond Maintenance Program. The Scope of Work Section of this Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the services required by CR Water. Proposals shall be submitted as instructed in the Proposal Submittal Instruction Section of this RFP, and will be accepted by CR Water until 4:00 p.m., April 14, 2017. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The completed Contractor’s Certification, Bidders Qualifications and Fee Schedule (Bid Form) shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked "Proposal for 2017 Facilities and Pond Maintenance Program" and addressed as identified below. Each package shall be legibly marked in the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the Contractor. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., April 14, 2017. Proposals received after this time and date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Submittals shall be delivered to the following address (faxes will not be accepted):
