Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado is accepting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms with considerable experience in local government auditing to perform annual audits of the Town’s financial records. Proposals shall consist of Financial and Compliance Auditing Services for the Town of Castle Rock for the period ending December 31, 2013, with potential contract extensions for the periods ending through December 31, 2017. This RFP will consist of three phases. The first phase requires all interested firms to submit proposals addressing those items cited in Section II, Proposal Submittal Requirements. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section III, Proposal Evaluation, the town intends to select a short list of firms for further evaluation. Only those firms who are placed on the short list based on the evaluation criteria will be considered during the second phase.
