Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Castle Rock is seeking proposals from qualified companies for Janitorial Services. This request for proposal is being solicited under a multi-step procurement procedure consisting of three phases. The first step requires vendors to submit proposals addressing those items cited in Section II, Proposal Submittal Requirements. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section III, Proposal Evaluation, to select a short list of vendors for further evaluation. Only those firms who are placed on the short list on the basis of the evaluation criteria will be considered during the second phase.
