Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Castle Rock Utilities Department requests proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call professional services in planning, engineering, design, business solutions, information technology, financial planning, construction contract administration and general technical support for the following major discipline areas: Water Resources Planning and Engineering: Water and Wastewater Engineering: Stormwater Engineering: Business Solutions/Financial Planning for Rates and Fees. Each respondent has the option of proposing on one or more discipline areas and must clearly identify on the cover of the proposal which discipline(s) they will be proposing on.
