Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Castle Rock is seeking proposals from qualified trail construction contractors who specialize in soft-surface trail construction to build approximately 8 miles of 3' wide native surface, non-motorized, no equestrian-use trails, using sustainable trail development principles. The Town will also require the awarded contractor to layout and flag a sustainable trail alignment based on the provided Master Plan.
