IFB-NP-2016-13 - Town of Castle Rock 2016 CIPP Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project is located in the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado. The work is primarily within the Castle North neighborhood with good access. The work consists of CIPP lining of approximately 9,338 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter sewer pipe, mostly vitrified clay pipe, with approximately 162 service taps. Pavement removal and replacement, and replacement of curb, gutter, and landscaping disturbed during construction as necessary to restore site following any open-cut point repairs. Public notification, traffic control and erosion control as required to complete the work. An allowance for third party testing, if required, is included on the bid schedule; only actual costs for third party testing will be paid.
