IFB-PWD Drainage 2012-1 - 2012 Drainage Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
Bid packages will be available for pickup after 11:00 A.M. on 4/27/2012, at the Town Hall of the Town of Elizabeth and at the office of the Engineer, Engineering Partners, Inc., 1950 W. Littleton Blvd., Suite 109, Littleton, Colorado. A non-refundable fee for documents of Twenty Five Dollars ($ 25.00) will be required for each set of Contract Documents. Only full sets will be issued. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by the Town of Elizabeth as having received the Bidding Documents will not be opened. Bids will be received on a unit price basis including alternatives as described in the Bidding Documents for any section or combination of sections. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Elizabeth Town Hall at 10:00 A.M. on 5/4/2012. Bids will only be accepted by those bidders that have been recorded as having attended the pre bid conference. It is mandatory to purchase the bid documents in order to be considered for contract.
