If electing to submit a hard copy instead, one hard copy and one digital copy will be received at the Town of Mead Engineering Department, 441 Third Street, Mead, Colorado 80542. If mailed, the address is P.O. Box 626, Mead, CO 80542. Bids shall be clearly marked "4
th & 5th Street Alley Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation”. Any bid received after the above stated time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. There will be no exceptions made for any late, lost by the post office or express carrier, or misdirected submittals. Masks are required in Town facilities.
