CIP22-014 - 2022 Townwide Reconstruction Program

Reconstruction of Plaza Drive from Twenty Mile Road to Dransfeldt Road. Work includes but is not limited to 4,800 square yards of concrete pavement removal; 1,950 cubic yards of unclassified excavation; 1,950 cubic yards of aggregate base course; 2,350 tons of hot mix asphalt; 364 concrete pavement and 700 square yards of concrete sidewalk. In addition, there is also associated signalization, clearing/grubbing, landscape restoration, pavement markings and traffic control.

Reconstruction/resurfacing work of Arezzo Circle from Ventana Street to Bolero Drive. Work includes but is not limited to 815 square yards of full depth asphalt; 2,000 lineal feet of 1.5” edge mill asphalt; 550 tons of hot mix asphalt and 80 square yards of concrete sidewalk removal & replacement. In addition, there is also associated erosion and traffic control necessary to complete the program.
