Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of construction of a joint dog park (approximately 5-acres) and disk golf park (18-holes – approximately 39-acres) project in the Town of Parker adjacent to Pine Lane west of Cherry Creek. Work also includes but not limited to construction of a 73-space asphalt pavement parking lot, grading, import of soil, storm sewer, concrete flatwork, vault toilet, monitoring well, fencing, shade shelters, irrigation, landscaping, erosion control, signage, seeding, site furnishings and electrical related work.
