SOQ-11-003 - Hess Road Widening

Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Parker is anticipating widening Hess Road in 2012 as part of the it’s annual capital improvement program and has approved funding in 2011 to undertake the design of the project. The Town anticipates design to include the following core components: Approximately 10,000 feet of two-lane roadway, landscaped median with turn lanes, permanent traffic signals at three intersections, approximately 3,000 feet of 16” waterline and coordination with affected utilities.
