Event Note

The Pre-Proposal meeting will take place first and the walk-thru of the various sites will follow. Due to limited space at some locations, please limit your representatives to a maximum of three people. This will be the only time available to walk-thru the sites; no other appointments will be scheduled. The Town will not provide any additional allowances to the Vendor based on the Vendor’s lack of knowledge of site conditions. Due to the secure nature of some sites; vendors who fail to arrive at the pre-proposal conference within 20 minutes of the start time will not be offered the opportunity to walk-thru the sites. Vendors shall take all necessary precautions with going through a secure facility, i.e. tools, camera, etc.
