RFP-17-008 - On-Call Professional Landscape Architecture and Associated Services

It is the intent of this RFP to award contracts for On-Call Landscape Architecture and Associated Services.  Various Town departments and/or Project Managers may utilize the services provided under the awarded contracts on individual projects with combined disciplines up to a maximum of $500,000 for planning, design and construction administration services.  If a project is anticipated to exceed $500,000, the Town will follow the previously utilized procedure and regulations and provide for competition of the project through a formal and open competitive process. 
 
It is the Town’s intent to award multiple contracts deemed in the best interest of the Town for On-Call Landscape Architecture and Associated Services.
 
The Town shall then select those firms deemed to be most highly qualified to perform the required professional services after considering, and based upon, such factors as the ability of professional personnel, past performance, willingness to meet time and budget requirements, location, current and projected workloads, and the extent to which said persons have and will involve minority subcontractors. 
 
The Town may request project specific proposals from more than one of the selected consultants.
