RFP-16-005 - Pool Shell Replaster / Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Parker is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of entering into a contract for services as specified herein from a Vendor(s) that will provide prompt and efficient service to the Town for the Stripping, Replastering, and Maintenance of the H2O’Brien Pool. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact location and timeline for this work to be completed, it is understood and agreed that the Town may, during the term of the contract, request additional work be completed by the successful Vendor(s) at other locations within the Town of Parker. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the Town and shall be honored by the Vendor(s) throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional services will be requested.
