The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies interested in providing a full range of duties associated with licensing and managing compliance of short-term rentals (STR) for the Town. This RFQ is designed to gather information concerning the ability of vendors to provide reliable and cost-effective STR management services. This will be an annual contract for 2025 with options for one-year renewals for three (3) additional consecutive terms.
