Description

This project consists of the construction of a new 8” PVC water main in 2nd Street from CDOT Highway 85 to 1st Avenue in Ault, CO. The existing water main will NOT be abandoned as part of this project, and all existing water services will remain connected to the existing water main. Funding is provided through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Federal and State Laws govern the wages and working conditions for laborers and mechanics employed under construction contracts funded with State CDBG funds.

The Town of Ault will receive sealed bids for the Town of Ault CDBG 2nd Street Waterline, until 10 AM (local time) on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Ault Town Hall at 201 1st Street, Ault, CO 80610. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened.

ALL CDBG Forms shall be signed and dated. Failure to sign and date ALL CDBG Forms will be cause for rejecting Bid.
