CIP14025R - ARTF HVAC Systems Separation

An HVAC project to reduce or eliminate cross-contamination between the lower-level transit offices and bus storage bay with the upper-level administrative offices. Provide new fan coil and condensing unit to serve the lower-level offices and connections to the existing air handling unit are being removed. To further avoid cross contamination through infiltration, the lower-level VAV boxes served by the existing air handling unit are being used to positively pressurize vertical circulation elements and mechanical/electrical rooms.
