Description

The goal of the RFQ is to establish a roster of consultants that can provide professional
inspection services to the Town on an as-needed basis for both development and capital
improvement projects. Therefore, the Town invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to
provide on-call professional services in the categories listed in Section III. The Town intends to
award a single contract but reserves the option to select a consultant for each category of
service and may award more than one category of service to one consultant. On-call contracts
will have a term of one-year, which may be extended for additional terms.
