Description

The Town of Bennett (“Town”) desires to solicit proposals from contractors interested in providing construction services for the Town in the categories listed in Section III. (“Project”). This document sets forth general information and requirements for persons and firms (“Proposers”) interested in submitting “Proposals” in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
The goal of the RFQ is to establish a roster of contractors that can provide professional construction services to the Town on the upcoming Wastewater Reclamation Facility Expansion Project. Therefore, the Town invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide construction services in the categories listed in Section III. The Town intends to award a single contractor for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals may only be modified in the form of a written notice on company letterhead and must be received prior to the Proposal deadline. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to Proposal deadline. Such requests must be made in writing on company letterhead. Proposals may not be withdrawn after the Proposal deadline for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a Proposal is withdrawn during this ninety-day period, the Town may, at its option, choose not to accept any Proposal from the Proposer for a six-month period following the withdrawal.
