Electronic Proposals will be received by the Town of Erie (the “Town”) through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (“RMEPS”), until 2:00 p.m., local time, February 15, 2023 for the Filly Lake Well System Pipeline Improvements (P23-292).
Proposals will be time-stamped by RMEPS upon receipt.
Proposal Submittals: All proposals must be submitted electronically using the portal at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. See RFP for further details.

Preliminary and Final Design, Bid Support and Construction Documents for:
1.       Construction of a water delivery pipeline consisting of approximately 1,800 feet of pipeline and appurtenances, connection to the discharge header at Well Cistern No. 10, and extending to a connection point on the Town’s planned North Water Treatment Plant site;
2.       Construction of a well pump, intake and discharge header at Well Cistern No. 10 and appurtenances, and modifications to the Well Cistern to accommodate pumping facilities;
3.       Potential construction of a pump station at a location, elevation, and with sufficient pumping capacity, enclosure and equipment to deliver the well water to the Town’s planned North Water Treatment Plant site.

A site tour of the Filly Lake Well System is scheduled for Thursday, February. 2, 2023 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The location of the meeting point, is 1/4-mile north of State Highway 52 on Weld County Road 3 1/4. See the Access Road Map in Addendum No. 4 document.

Interested firms planning to attend the site tour must e-mail Zachary Ahinga, Project Manager at: zahinga@erieco.gov by 5:00 p.m. January 31, 2023; requesting permission to attend. The Project Manager will confirm attendance by a return e-mail no later than February 1, 2023 at Noon.

Due to current prevailing weather conditions, it is recommended each firm only utilize one (1) four-wheel-drive vehicle (minimize number of vehicles) to access the site. If the site tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions or other reason, an e-mail will be sent to that effect by 9:00 a.m. February 2, 2023.
