Analysis of existing infrastructure/inventory and recommendations for a lifecycle replacement schedule and budget requirements
Analysis of future infrastructure/inventory and recommendations for budget requirements
Review current funding sources available for existing and future infrastructure/inventory and operations
Identify current level of service
