Wooster Avenue Water Line Replacement Project. The project contract entails for a new water line to be installed parallel to the existing water line in Historic Firestone. Approximately 1,650 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water line along Wooster Avenue from First Street to Fourth Street, and all related water line appurtenances. We will be requiring the primary contractor to complete a minimum of 50% of the work.
